Monday Yoga
Every Monday from 9am to 10am
All hotel guests have the possibility to attend our weekly yoga classes in the gym studio. These classes are designed for all levels and combine a mixture of movements including stretching, breath-work, meditation and final relaxation. Kundalini yoga instructor, Allyson Volpe, is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher with over 10 years teaching experience.
Dance & Detox
Every Friday from 9am to 10am
Dance & Detox is a 60-minute dance fitness class for all fitness levels incorporating cardio, flexibility and most importantly fun, led by Christina Hellawell, an experienced and internationally qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. After the class, reward yourself with a healthy and nutritious breakfast at Irene.
