The art exhibited in public spaces in Knokke-Heist includes diverse visual works made from traditional materials such as granite and bronze, as well as newer materials like synthetic resin and reflective stainless steel. These artworks consist of statues and urban landscapes integrated into public squares, designed through collaborations between architects and artists. Owned by the city or on loan, some of these pieces are visible from the road on private properties, offering an enjoyable exploration of art in Knokke-Heist.
